Zainab is not your ordinary 10-year-old. She is bright, curious, creative, and like many young girls, she loves lip gloss. But for Zainab, that love came from a real problem.
From a young age, Zainab struggled with dry, chapped lips, especially during long school days. Her mum would pack a small lip gloss in her bag to help, but it never quite worked.
The glosses were either too sticky, dried out too quickly, or caused issues at school. Many contained coconut oil, which some students were allergic to, leading to them being taken away.
Even after searching everywhere, her mum could not find a lip gloss that was safe, nourishing, long-lasting, coconut-oil-free, and still fun for a young girl to use.
“Why don’t we make our own?”
That simple question sparked something special. Together, Zainab and her mum began researching ingredients, testing formulas, and reimagining what lip care could feel like.
They focused on comfort, long-lasting hydration, and gentle moisture-retention ingredients like collagen and hyaluronic acid, paired with playful scents inspired by cake, sweetness, and childhood joy.
Soon, Zainab’s friends began asking questions.

And just like that, a young founder was born.
Today, Enchanted Coco is more than lip care. It is a celebration of curiosity, problem-solving, and young girls learning that their ideas matter.
